Daeinos Heavy Destroyer appears to be one of a new line of ships entering Romulan Republic Service at this time. Most are new builds, some are conversions from larger vessels and battlefield wreckage.
The Daeinos class resembles the T'varo Light Warbird with a tapering aft, nacelles on the wingtips, and wings swept forward and up. The Daeinos differs in that it has a protruding forward "neck" and "head" section, not unlike that seen on the Mogai Heavy Warbird.
Intelligence reports indicate that the Lyret has been modified from an older Valdore-class Warbird. Remnant hull markers correspond with the "I.R.W Draomn" (Universal translator translates the name as "Twilight").
Unlike the Valdore class, Daeinos destroyers are somewhat smaller, holding little over seven-hundred life-forms aboard. Given the Republic's current situation with regards to available military personnel, this is likely to be significantly lower.

At this time the R.R.W. Lyret is under-going acceptance trials and pending assignment. No commander or senior crew have been allocated to this vessel, though several officers have bid to command it.
