  • Assigned to Task Force Argo under the command of Captain Noah Andrew Pailes
  • Placed on patrol of DS13 Orbital Space
  • Transferred to Delta Deployment on request of Captain Pailes
  • Recalled to the Alpha Quadrant on the orders of Starfleet Command
  • Underwent a Full Hull Refit
  • Participated in the Battle of Qo'noS sustaining heavy damage and losing 500 crew
  • Successfully activated the Project: Intelligence artificial sentience, known as Galatea. The system is now known as an Onboard Artificial Intelligence by Starfleet Command
  • Successfully Refit to Sojourner Class Standards

Refit Information
USS Galatea began refit on Stardate 92153 at Utopia Planetia Fleetyards for refit to Sojourner Class Standards
Due to massive nature of refit, several major refit elements were prepared prior to arrival of The Galatea.
These included the following components:

  • Structural Components for Crew Segment conversion from Chevron type to Saucer type in accordance with Sojourner refit design standards
  • Drive section structural components to allow for reconfiguration to Sojourner class Structural standards
  • Components for new main deflector housing assembly
  • New Nacelle Pylon assemblies, equipped with Randin 9Y Secondary Impulse Engines
  • Upgraded Starfleet Explorer MK 17 High Capacity Warp Core
  • New Starfleet DEFENDER 16a Main Deflector Dish
  • New Nacelle Drive Coils, and Nacelle Housing Assemblies
    this list continues for 16 pages

  • Upon arrival, due to extreme nature of the refit, USS Galatea is re-registered under the NCC-98412 number.
  • Refit Proceeds according to schedule and the vessel completes all major work by Stardate 92207.8
  • Final Component Calibration completed by Stardate 92216.
  • Vessel passes final inspections on Stardate 92218.8 signaling complete refit to Sojourner Class standards.
  • Vessel Returned to Active duty with 38th Fleet Argo
