Description: Risa's deciding to expand their operations a little, so they've located another set of islands on which to start building. Argo officers may be interested in helping to survey the new island territory and assigning general safety advisories/rankings.
Suggest using the new "tents" area for this RP. Alternatively you could choose to use the "Classic Beach" Risa map for this. The summer clothes and powerboards do, in fact, work on this map. Floaters don't.

Completed! Argo officers suspected an issue with the geo-stabilizers on the island. Upon investigation, the only active stabilizer in the region turned out to have a very old, unidentified alien lifeform wrapped around the stabilizer's subterranean plating. Despite valiant effort, officers were unable to persuade the lifeform to leave, so a temporary solution was instated to alter the stabilizer's resonance frequencies to account for the lifeform's interference.

You can start this 'before' the quarantine, so maybe you were part of the group that discovered it and have been locked down on the island for a while until tests verify you're clear to go.
