Pirate Group:

The Ravager of Hala is known to lead a group of pirates on that planet, mostly Nausicaans. They claim that many sections of the planet are under their control, and they have bases on planets in nearby systems. It is believed that the group has many vessels in use, but none has been confirmed as belonging to the group.

A new report from Starfleet and Klingon Intelligence has revealed that the 'Ravager of Hala' is the leader of a group named 'Scorpius'. Scorpius has it's headquarters on Hala, and practices slavery as well as pirating. They have several ships and are known to be primarily Nausicaan. Their primary goal appears to be the destruction of the Orion Syndicate.

The report also indicates that this Nausicaan is responsible for several recent attacks on Starfleet ships and bases along with another pirate, Chuzuzur O'kar. Details can be found here.
