FEDERATION AWARDS
Starfleet servicemembers and Federation citizens are eligible to be recognized for their service and achievements through the following awards, which are generally issued biannually. Only one award may be earned for a single action, but additional counts of each award may be issued for subsequent acts in the same category. Awards are issued both automatically during the review of reports and logs, and by recommendations or nominations.
UFP Medal of Honor
For personal acts of valor, above and beyond the call of duty.
Christopher Pike Medal of Valor
In recognition of remarkable leadership, meritorious conduct, and acts of personal bravery.
Starfleet Cross
For extraordinary heroism in combat.
Starfleet Silver Star
For gallantry in action against an enemy of the Federation.
Legion of Honor
For exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements.
Starfleet Bronze Star
For meritorious conduct in action against an enemy of the Federation.
Starfleet Citation for Conspicuous Gallantry
For an act of particular heroism.
Starfleet Decoration for Gallantry
For extreme bravery in the line of duty.
Starfleet Medal of Commendation
For conspicuous acts of valor and heroism.
Prentares Ribbon of Commendation
For outstanding contributions to the advancement of the Federation through exploration or diplomacy.
Grankite Order of Tactics
In recognition of exceptional tactical acumen.
Zefram Cochrane Medal of Excellence
For outstanding feats in the fields of Science and Engineering.
Starfleet Surgeons Decoration
In recognition of outstanding achievements in the Medical sciences.
Starfleet Recognition Ribbon
For accomplishment and excellence in the line of duty.
Federation Exceptional Civil Service Award
In recognition of outstanding civilian contributions to the efforts of Starfleet and the Federation.
Academy Graduation Award
Awarded to Starfleet and MACO officers upon graduation from their respective academies.
REPUBLIC AWARDS
Romulan Republic servicemembers embedded into Federation units through the Republic Exchange Commission are eligible to receive nearly all of the same awards with the same conditions as their Starfleet peers. Deviations are listed below, for cases in which Republic awards are issued instead of their Federation equivalents.
Ranam Valassa - Shining Star
Equivalent to UFP Medal of Honor
Awarded to heroes of the Republic, for service above and beyond the call of duty.
Praetor Colius Award
Equivalent to Christopher Pike Medal of Valor
In recognition of outstanding leadership, honorable conduct, and devotion to the Romulan people.
D’takaram - The Great Comet
Equivalent to Prentares Ribbon of Commendation
For great contributions to the advancement or expansion of the Romulan Republic.
Sotarek Citation
Equivalent to Grankite Order of Tactics
For significant tactical and military achievements while in service to the Republic.
Republic Navy Recognition Ribbon
Equivalent to Starfleet Recognition Ribbon
For accomplishment and excellence in the line of duty.
KLINGON AWARDS
Klingon Defense Force servicemembers embedded into Federation units are eligible to receive nearly all of the same awards with the same conditions as their Starfleet peers. Deviations are listed below, for cases in which KDF awards are issued instead of their Federation equivalents.
Star of Kahless
Equivalent to UFP Medal of Honor
Awarded to warriors of the Empire for victories earned through personal mettle and acts of courage, above and beyond the call of duty.
Order of the Bat'leth
Equivalent to Christopher Pike Medal of Valor
For fearless leadership, upholding and defending the values and traditions of the Klingon Empire.
General Korrd Medal
Equivalent to Prentares Ribbon of Commendation
For honorable conduct leading to the betterment or expansion of the Empire.
Token of the Mek'leth
Equivalent to Grankite Order of Tactics
For application of exceptional cunning or outstanding tactical prowess.
Klingon Defense Force Recognition Ribbon
Equivalent to Starfleet Recognition Ribbon
For accomplishment and excellence in the line of duty.
SERVICE AWARDS
Starfleet and Allied servicemembers who served in direct support of certain designated wars, campaigns, or expeditions are eligible to receive the following awards. Only one of each service award may be earned, regardless of subsequent redeployments. Service awards are issued automatically.
Terran Incursion Service Medal (2416, 2421-2422)
Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who participated in a campaign against a major Terran Empire incursion.

Hur’q Conflict Campaign Medal (2416-2417)
Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who served in direct support of any campaign of the Hur'q Conflict, including the Tzenkethi Front and all Gamma Quadrant operations.

Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who served in direct support of any campaign of the Iconian War.

Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who participated in the Vaadwaur Campaign, including the Battle of Kobai Prime.
