Faviv Donavah is a hard working MACO Officer who expects professionalism and results from her teams. Calm under pressure and when leading and mentoring the typical Bolian demeanor is something she reserves for off duty time, though it is rumored she was quite the prankster in her years at the Academy.
She followed the typical Tactical officer track through the academy and her junior officer years. But her goal was always to be a MACO and she joined, and passed training, shortly after her first promotion. From there she commanded team 21, taking part in multiple border skirmishes with the resurgent Klingon Empire and its supporters. A few years on Earth working in both the MACO and then the Starfleet command staff made a name for herself as a straight talker, unwilling to let senior officers pass less than quality orders. Shortly after her promotion to Colonel she was assigned to the 6th MACO Group, headquartered at Deep Space Nine.
Faviv's private life is held close to her, and few know the details of the woman beyond her exemplary MACO career.
