PURPOSE OF EVALUATION

1. Determine subject's state of mental health for restoration to duty
2. Provide situational psychological profiling for use by Judge Advocate General Corps

EVALUATION CONCLUSION

The authority granted by Starfleet Medical P.D. finds the subject to be of sound mental health and fit for active duty, with significant reservations.

The authority recommends immediate review of subject's qualifications to hold her current posting as Assistant CMO.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS

At this time, authority registers that she consulted with external sources for the itemized events. This was necessary in order for authority to establish an objective framework for the sequence of events that took place. In some places, authority will reference external source's accounting. This is done merely to demonstrate the inconsistency in perspectives and therefore worthy of more examination, and should not be taken as a suggestion that one or the other source is being deliberately deceptive.

Despite enduring what authority would consider to be a fairly high-trauma event involving loss of self-empowerment and then extensive cranial surgery, subject seems to have recovered physiologically and with almost no sign of the events ever occurring psychologically. She speaks of the incident with very little tonal variation and with no sense of uncertainty or apology. Authority finds this both relieving and concerning at once; it is questionable whether this attitude is due to the subject possibly possessing a highly malleable psychology in which sustaining trauma would be aberrant or if the subject is merely suppressing the trauma along with any number of other items that the subject claims to have compartmentalized away.

Subject voluntarily claims to possess sociopathic tendencies, as a result of her past lives' memories, citing specifically lack of empathy and lack of morality. While subject is to be commended for her forthright acknowledgement of her situation, as well as her practice of repetition techniques to help counter these tendencies, authority remains concerned that subject's self-diagnosis is not sufficient enough to guide her appropriately through difficult-to-navigate circumstances.

Additionally, authority questions the subject's extreme confidence in her inability to fail to suppress said sociopathic tendencies, finding it to be borderline arrogant and dangerously conceited. Authority suspects that this trait alone may be responsible for the miscommunication that occurred between the subject and Subcommander Aurelia, in regards to her plans to assist. Despite the fact that the subject acknowledges that the memory appropriation procedure was untested and contained unstated risks, subject felt justified to continue without consulting a Command authority or even suspecting that there was reason to consult others before proceeding.

The only saving grace include the fact that subject, when queried, admitted that she is perhaps not the appropriate person to be making judgement calls on what procedures are or are not ethical, suggesting she would not repeat the same mistake in the future.

Subject maintains that she is more than capable of psychologically handling the additional memories that have been added to her collective memory catalog. Authority is skeptical, given that the subject is either unwilling or incapable of admitting to weakness, the validity of this certainty is questionable at best.
