BIOGRAPHICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Raised in Harbortown, Minari had a rigorously scheduled childhood as her family elected to make all manner of opportunities available to her. Contrary to family expectations, however, she developed a keen interest in current events on the intergalactic stage and became the first Ashkeph in several generations to apply and enroll in Starfleet Academy.

No stranger to disciplined self-improvement, Minari generally earned high marks in her classes, though was sometimes distracted by debate and social activism extracurriculars. She went on to a moderately successful career in engineering, before ambition drove her into command.

Her tour on the U.S.S. Tokaido is marked as the longest posting of all of her assignments, and possibly also the most beloved. It was likely the first officer harbored many secret hopes that she would one day Captain the vessel, though when it came time for her promotion, she accepted a short command of the Tzolkin instead, before eventually turning her eye towards more stationary postings.

Simultaneously, she has spent the vast majority of her leave time on Andoria, placating her family's demands on her familial obligations. In 2407, the sudden passing of her favorite parental unit resulted in a severe disruption of family harmony. Heavily disillusioned, Minari withdrew from a formalized bondgroup arrangement, further exacerbating tensions. She continues to return to Andoria regularly, but the visits are strained.
