I'm tasking you with the important next step in finding a solution to the Zantaari refugee situation. I want you to head up a societal survey of our guests, we need to get an idea of their culture and societal structure, so Command can determine the best option for eventual placement.
I want you to get with appropriate members of our science department, and the Federation Ambassador Saya. This sort of survey will be within their wheelhouse, and they will be able to conduct it with sensitivity and care. Once they've concluded the survey, please be prepared to present the finding with me, to Fleet Command. Talk to Everhart to find the best qualified officers to help assist you and the Ambassador. Saya will likely be able to present you with options, once the work is done, and I'm giving you as much time as you need to complete the survey accurately.
