In order to move forward with their relocation with the help of nearby Colonial Operations teams, we're going to need to understand a little more about our Zantaari friends on a societal level.
For that purpose:
Commander: Please assemble the members of your department that you can spare who would best be able to assist the Ambassador and I in assembling and performing a survey on a newly encountered alien population. They're friendly and in good health but still sensitive, understandably, and so will need to be treated with care. I trust you'll get me the people most fit for the job.
Ambassador: I'd like to meet with you soon if possible, just keep this on your mind if you would.

I've assembled a group that is well suited to the task. The project leader wasn't able to give an accurate estimate on the length of time required. These surveys tend to take time and we would like to be as thorough as possible. To that end I'd appreciate if you could bump a request to get a member of the team onto a ship so they can survey the Zentaari homeworld. Their spoken culture is only one aspect of a survey like this, and it's best we get the complete package before making decisions of this magnitude.

Agreed, Commander. I've raised the issue to the Admirals to ensure they're aware and will be approaching Captain Freeman this afternoon about an additional survey team to return to their home system on as quick of a track as possible.

Commanders,
I have consulted with experts in my office, and gone over all information provided, concerning the Zantaari. I am prepared to offer assistance with regards to both the cultural and societal survey, and with potential placement options that can be best suited to the Zantaari people. I have prepared a team of experienced social workers who will be arriving at DS-13 within the week to begin the process. Of course they will be more than willing to coordinate with your Starfleet team, though they are made up of civilian personnel from the Diplomatic Corps.
My hope is that Commander Everhart's team will provide further information on the conditions of Zantaari III prior to its devastation, and any historical data not currently in our knowledge base. Both will be crucial to finding the ideal placement arrangement for the Zantaari.
