LOCATION: R.R.W. Iurret.
MISSION: Interrogation of the prisoner took in a precedent encounter with Orion's pirates.
OUTCOME: After the capture of some prisoners and a slave from the Orion's vessel, a selected group conducted an interrogation to discover more information about the attack and the attacker.

NARRATIVE:Healed the wounded and towed the corvette back to Deep Space 13, it was decided to conduct the first tranche of interrogation to the prisoner embarked on board the R.R.W. Iurret just after the attack. Actually are present on the ship six prisoners and a guest, an apparently slave found on board and took on the Iurret. Of the prisoner, only four were capable of sustain an interrogation.
Of the ones capable of sustain it, one was a nausicann, one an orion and two apparently twin orions. We decided to interrogate firstly the Orion. We didn't obtain much from him, expect the confirmation that the attack was launched from a leader known as "Branded Lady". This man, in particular, acted and talked like a fanatic. We decided to transport him away from the main brig, making him pass in front of the other prisoner (Acoustically Isolated) without giving a precise reason of the why, to create a bit of chaos between the prisoners. The two twins didn't react but the nausicaan started to remonstrate.
We decided so to interrogate one of the two twins. He's name or designation was Tark. Apparently they could be part of a bigger clone army that the Branded Lady, called "The Mother", is starting to create. Not much was said. Primary the Corvette was raiding near the Kelterre Sector for what the apparent-clone could remember. The Mother or the Branded Lady uses an unknown techniques to implant loyalty inside her clones, despite probably most of her army is still formed from non-clone elements. The clone mentioned the Dominion and a lack of ability and technologies in comparison with them. He confirmed that the Branded Lady is in apparently war with other factions inside the Orion races and probably outside. Also, apparently the leader of the flottila was a Matriarch (a Tabadi). Tark confirmed that the Branded Lady trusts only females to lead her troops. The clone didn't added any other useful information.
At the last, we decided to move to our guest, an orion females that we discovered is called Taiya. She said to have been a slave from her birth and to have been sold to the Branded Lady's party in the last time period. She didn't know anything about this faction, his goals and his movements. Despite she said to be used as "entertainment" of the Orions, she never replied to some question about what she did for them. She also suggested that the Orions on board started to kill each other to avoid capture, but this version are not confirmed from precedent word from Tark (Who suggest the imprinting of a suicide act if captured). Both the members of the team didn't trusted her totally.
RECOMMENDATION:
A divide et impera action should be necessary to avoid any possibility of unions between the passengers and to avoid an attempts of escape. Also, both the nausicaan and the non-twin orion are susceptible to attempts to rose their morale. To confirm or not the story of Taiya are necessary two things firstly, before a second interrogation:
- Check her brands with medical scans to understand how old they are and it there were other brands under them.
- Analyze the scans of the Corvette to understand if really there were fights between the crew before our conquest of the vessel.
It is a shared opinion that probably she was lying but, of course, no charges could be moved without proofs. Also, it could be useful to seem more ill-informed, if she really is not what she said to be, then make her understand that we could have understood something. Also, it is my opinion that there is something strange about the capture of two clones, perfectly sane. The suicide imprinting should have been used to avoid capture. For these reasons, we will improve the security around both the brigs and the quarter of the female's orion. Only females guards will escort and control Taiya and anti-feromon vaccines will be diffused to all the personnel in visit and on board.
As suggested from Lt. Lendaria, would be necessary contact the KDF's patrol that fought against the Orion's pirates in our precedent encounter to share our data and analyze our insights, to better understand with what we are dealing.
