I hope this finds you well and apologize that I have not been available to catch up with you in person of late - though as you are undoubtedly aware - my time is highly monopolized by the work being carried out to the Valley Forge at present (which I am pleased to report is running to schedule and she should be back out of drydock within the next few days).
Since returning from our last engagement which transpired to be less than productive for the SAR, I have been presented with a new lead (see first attachment). Whilst this comes in the now sadly familiar form of a cryptic and anonymous source, I am inclined to pursue this given your comments in our latest standing orders update - and advise you now that I will be taking the Valley Forge out to do just that as soon as we are released from drydock. My staff have already reviewed the supplied information and - whilst it is clearly of a scientific method not familiar to us - the theory behind it checks out. Further to this I feel I should also point out that I am more inclined to believe in this anonymous source than the previous, given that the attached message was routed entirely on internal networks.
Now for the slightly more surprising development; I have once again been contacted by Tabadi Mysti of the Orion Space Navy (it seems this is the price paid for being among the first Starfleet personnel the OSN had distinctly positive dealings with!) She spoke of the Branded Lady and intelligence that the OSN has come into possession of that identifies some of their operatives - information which they have seemingly used with some success in routing out said infiltrators within their own organization. The Tabadi indicated that their source 'teased' the fact that such operatives (as well as some of other - presently unknown - variants) could be active within Starfleet; this is why I am copying this correspondence to DS13 Intel - that they may pursue the legitimacy and any potential recourse of this information. (see attachment 2).

Dear Captain,
That you are now reading this, I can safely assume that you also received the decryption cipher. I sincerely apologize for the nature of this correspondence as it is not becoming of what I have learned of your organization, but I fear my identity must remain a secret for now - suffice to say that I am here as your friend, and write to you now in that very capacity.
I know, Captain, that your search for survivors from the Gainsborough has been troubled and that each passing day represents an increase to the risk of permanent loss - not least with enemy forces also now seeking them out with the intent of keeping them from you - and this is why I write to you now, before it is too late.
Attached to this correspondence you will find the necessary algorithms to modify your main deflector and sensor array. Use these at the location the Gainsborough was lost and you should find not only that you can track the bearing of the exit anomaly; but also generate a stable event horizon to pursue it.
Now as I am in direct violation of my commands in even giving this much to you, I should also give you fair warning that the provided data will expire regardless of any attempts to duplicate it for future use. I am giving you this gift of aid Captain because I wholeheartedly believe that your people deserve better than the fate which awaits them currently; please do not squander it, lest my sacrifice be for nothing.

Dearest Starfleet,
I have news of recent developments that may prove of interest to you regarding the ever increasing thorn in our collective sides of the Branded Lady.
We recently came into contact with an information broker (courtesy of Lieutenant Lendaria - DS13 who can corroborate the information contained here) who presented us with an offer of a deal to provide us with intelligence on the Branded Lady and her forces - and provided Lennie with an upfront 'gift' as proof of this. I have just come from a review meeting with the OSN leadership in the Narris system, and have been informed that the information was sound. Not only that, but it provided us the key to identify a particular clone model of infiltrator she uses - the same one which previously made an attempt on Lennie's life - which is known within the Lady's organization as a 'Bull'.
Now although this is technically an OSN affair, and not a huge concern against your ongoing affairs, I felt it prudent to forward you this intel as it could identify any possible infiltrators of this model within your organization.
Of course this is only one clone model in the Branded Lady's arsenal and we already know she uses others. However it is a start at least. I am also attaching for your information; everything else we have pertinent to these events including an AV recording of Lendaria's meeting with the broker - lest you or your resources may be able to better identify him than we have been able to so far.
