With the search for the Gainsborough survivors successfully concluded, the USS Valley Forge and her sister ship, the USS Lexington, set out to track down the elusive Branded Lady responsible for attacking the Forge and attempting to interfere with the rescue. The hunt for this mysterious pirate queen, thought to be hiding in the unexplored space near the 38th Fleet's area of operations, leads the Valley Forge to the depths of the final frontier, where her crew will discover new life, new civilizations and old enemies...

This is the official start for Valley Forge Season 2 (disregard anything I said about a prior event being this)! As usual for Valley Forge events, it is OPEN TO ALL, including other ships and starbase personnel. This event is a part of the larger Branded Lady storyline, but no prior knowledge is necessary for joining.
