PURPOSE AND CONTEXT OF EVALUATION
Fitness Evaluation
CONCLUSION
Authority finds the subject to be fit for active duty.
DISCUSSION
The purpose of this interview was to determine whether the Subject was fit for command. Throughout the interview, the subject was calm and relaxed. Topics that were discussed included the Search and Rescue Operation, Survivors' Guilt and Torture Trauma. This was then followed up by a few command scenarios which the Captain performed well and without hindrance. Whilst the Captain does still carry psychological damage, he is receiving therapy for this and this does not hinder his command judgement.
(NOTE: After reviewing the logs, I agree with the decision that the subject is ready to return to Command, on the condition that he continues to attend therapy. His command decisions seem unhindered by the trauma and he does not seem to be emotionally or mentally compromised. Fure Evar, DS13 Counselling (NPC).
