OUTCOME: All objectives completed successfully.

KEY PERSONNEL:
CAPT C. Morton (U.S.S. October)
CAPT S. Bishop
CAPT A. Nimitz
LT C. Ackerman (Mudd)
ENS Kisin

Lieutenant Ackermans Engineering Team

Captain Thy's Allegro
- USS October Engineering Department

NARRATIVE: Having already worked closely with repairs concerning DS-13's fuel pods during the USS Endeavour's excursion into the system, I put forward the USS October and a small selection of volunteers to make way for DS-13 and finish the repairs and replacement of the pods. Joined by Captains Bishop and Nimitz the USS October departed DS-K7 with the USS Akagi falling in behind bringing the remaining fuel pod replacement. Both the October's auxiliary and surplus reserve tanks were filled to a more than adequate standard to replenish the stores of the remaining fuel pods. Ensign Kisin dropped the October out of warp 25km away from the station, allowing us to get a preliminary scan of the station's structural integrity to ensure the recent additions and repairs were holding perfectly.

I sent Captains Nimitz and Bishop down to the October's shuttlebay to oversee preparation for the coming repairs, and had them allocate engineering teams appropriately. Most notably were the teams directed to operating the fuel pumps corresponding with Lieutenant Ackerman's engineering team.

Once we'd established the station's integrity was holding perfectly, Ensign Kisin brough the October within 5km of the station so that we would be able to evaluate the minor superficial damage sustained when previously removing one of the fuel pods. It was quickly established that these repairs would first need to be conducted before any further progress installing the final pod could be made.

Lieutenant Ackerman's team set to work on repairing the damaged frame work, replacing minor hull-segments with the provisions brought aboard. After further evaluations were carried out to establish the quality of our repairs, Ackerman's team proceeded following green lights all around to the stations support arm to prepare for the installation of the remaining fuel pod. Damaged components were beamed aboard into the October's cargo bay, while replacement parts were beamed to Ackerman's team. During the process the October maintained a constant vigilance over the integrity of the recently installed fuel pods, following the case concerning the ruptured pod during the USS Endeavour's repair attempts the previous week.

Utilizing the small compliment of workerbee's aboard the USS October, the fuel pod was deposited safely and securely into place within DS-13's lower chambers. Hooked up and secure, the engineering teams under both Ackerman and the USS October began the refueling process. Confirming the previous tanks and their status, Captains Nimitz and Bishop helped oversee the refueling process - there were minor concerns of stress on our end, however the Captain's and the engineering department adverted any possible damage.

The fuel pods were installed coherently and successfully, with full fuel resupply carried out.

RECOMMENDATION: Carry out extensive testing of the feeding conduits and their connection to internal space frame dynamics. System link should be observed for the duration of the ongoing repairs, as signs of stress were evident but easily adverted. Possible malfunction deeper into the system, recommend further examination however stands as no hindrance to continuation of station repairs as issue was originally detected external end of the feeding connection.

OOC: Thanks for coming along folks, was a nice quiet bit of calm fun! Let me know if I've missed anything or... anyone! Bit of a lack of sleep, but wanted to make sure I got the report up in time for the deadline!
