NARRATIVE: Roughly an hour into beta shift the team assigned to establish a temporary command section in main engineering were transported by the Akagi to Deep Space 13. An additional task of re-establishing communications was handed down from Rear Admiral Konieczko and handed off to Ensign Carter who went about and successfully established the link. Captain Nimitz coordinated with some of the engineering team in removing larger scrap and clearing a more open space for operations to take place in the command center. I organized suitable living space using the supplies transported with us in a side room that may have been auxiliary engineering and the hallway outside of it. After completing her task Ensign Carter joined me in side engineering to help establish the living space.
With the completion of the living area, Ensign Carter took to bringing the replicators that were on the level online and after an extended period of time she confirmed that replicators too were now back online.
RECOMMENDATION: Despite being volunteer based, those working on the repairs are more isolated so an expanded menu on replicators might keep their morale up and their thoughts off that isolation.
