NARRATIVE:
With various teams repairing parts of the station, the above away team beamed over to the Embassy to chart the damage in this region so that the repair crews knew exactly what needed repairing. On our arrival, we found a large circular chunk of ground removed, with a diameter of approximately 40 meters, which stretched down several decks to open space, and up several decks. At first, it was unknown what caused this damage, with speculations ranging from scavengers to a SAR mission. It was quickly learnt that this damage was caused by repair teams, in order to take out seriously damaged sections of the deck and to place new sections in quickly.
With this ascertained, we moved to the embassy lounge, which was the main area of investigation. The place had been untouched since the Azedi attack, and was in a severe state of disrepair. With a few personal effects collected, we sent the data to the repair crews and beamed back aboard our respective ships.
RECOMMENDATION: With the major structural repairs now complete, it is time we move on to repairing the outer sections, and pressuring the remaining areas on DS13, ready for interior decking and furnishing.
