MISSION: Bring all secondary and remaining systems online, including transporters, replicators, holodecks, docking ports and bays, etc. Bring aboard station DS13's Operations Department, presently numbering 500. Transfer station command and control back to Main Operations.
OUTCOME: All objectives completed successfully: DS-13 systems are operational; DS-13 Operations personnel are aboard and on duty rotations; station command and control has been returned to Main Operations.

NARRATIVE: On Stardate 95057.1, DS-13 was notified of the arrival of two starships carrying the full complement of currently-assigned DS-13 Operations personnel. Transfer of these personnel was overseen by CMDR Hanson, the Chief of Operations, with medical certification of incoming personnel issued by CMDR zh'Lindresko.
CAPT Caspius and CAPT Thiessen directed the remaining engineering teams in final measures needed to bring the station secondary systems online, and to then run validation, diagnostic, and verification programmes on those systems. Due to continuous and diligent work by the Engineering Department, this task was completed without any issues whatsoever.
After the Operations transfer was complete and all systems were online, CAPT Caspius transferred command and control functions from Engineering to Main Operations. On-base personnel and command moved to Main Operations, leaving Engineering under the direction of the Chief Engineer, LCDR Elizabeth Kermit, and her Engineering personnel.
RECOMMENDATION: Continue with final steps to bring DS-13 fully online, including the reactivation of auxiliary structures, prioritised at the request of VADM Amiri, currently scheduled for Stardate 95062.6.
