Operative Janus Status: Active Location: Ba'aja Sector Unconfirmed rumors of ship sightings along the Federation border. Starfleet patrols have been unable to verify or substantiate these rumors. A freigher, the S.S. Rich Prize has gone missing en route to Pericles Station. The ship failed to make a scheduled resupply stop, but there is currently no indication as to the cause.

Operative Tycho Status: Active Location: Donatu Sector Trafficking of Starfleet contraband has increased by 2%. The source of the increase has been tracked to a small privateer group led by a former Orion Syndicate member named Joris. Starfleet has not reported any thefts or piracy losses in the area, so the source of the contraband is unknown. More information would require Starfleet support or attempting to embed an agent. We have identified several former members of the Klingon House of D’ghor involved in a negative PR campaign against the Federation targeted at several neutral border colonies. The operation does not appear to be sanctioned by the Klingon High Council, and it is not clear whether the instigators are in employ of the House of D’ghor or another organization . The campaign appears ineffectual as of now.

Operative Zhukov Status: Active Location: Archanis Sector Several known members of the True Way were seen meeting with Ferengi belonging to DaiMon Grek’s crew. The purpose of the meeting is currently unknown. DaiMon Grek is currently under investigation for dealing in illicit goods. According to informants, the freighter S.S. Meleagris is due to pass through the area. The ship is captained by Danith “Birdrunner” Gerrit, who is currently wanted by Starfleet on charges of environmental contamination for introducing the domestic Terran fowl known as turkey to a number of colonies. We can tip Starfleet patrols to his presence and allow them to make the arrest. However, Gerrit is known as a local hero and his arrest may negatively impact Starfleet reputation. Alternatively, he can be allowed to proceed or waylaid and we may attempt to gain him as an informant. He is known to do business throughout the outer colonies as well as with several other powers in the region.

Operative Reyes Status: Active Location: Tiqchirgh Sector Klingon Intelligence has noted increased activity amongst several unaffiliated mercenary groups. These groups are comprised of discommendated or otherwise disgraced Klingons. Coordination between these groups is rare. However, due to their status their resources are limited and the collective threat posed is most likely minimal. Klingon listening posts have noted an uptick in Tholian activity. This is most likely due to the recent disruptions within the Assembly. At this time, there is no indication that the High Council will take any action in response.

Operative Ket Status: Standby Location: Xarantine Sector No unusual activity reported

Operative Artemis Status: Active Location: T’yavi Sector The starship USS Tiberius has begun deploying a series of sensor platforms around the Siral Colony as an early warning system. Telemetry so far indicates no sign of other vessels. I have begun to attempt recovery of datafiles from the USS Lyric computers left at the colony. Any data beyond what the USS Pegasus recovered is badly corrupted and may be unsalvageable

Operative Janus Status: Active Location: Ba'aja Sector The freighter S.S. Rich Prize has been recovered by the starship USS Rix. The report indicates that the ship suffered a catastrophic EPS grid failure.

Operative Tycho Status: Active Location: Donatu Sector Starfleet Customs has seized a shipment of Starfleet contraband and traced it to Joris’ privateer group. Included in the seized goods were a shipment of medical tricorders with a temporal signature. We have requested a stay of action with Starfleet Command to gather more intelligence, but a Starfleet operation is already being planned to detain Joris and recover any information he holds. KDF personnel have apprehended the persons responsible for the negative PR campaign along the Klingon border. The Empire’s official stance is that it was an isolated incident, and our analysis corroborates this statement.

Operative Zhukov Status: Active Location: Archanis Sector Several known members of the True Way have entered into an agreement with DaiMon Grek to purchase Tzenkethi protomatter weaponry recovered from planets during their Hur’q extermination campaign. Current intelligence sources indicate that all such devices were recovered by either the Dominion, Tzenkethi, or allied forces and have been accounted for. It is unknown if DaiMon Grek truly possesses such a device or where he would have obtained one. The S.S. Meleagris is still present in the area. If no action is taken, the ship will depart within the week after making its customary ports of call.

Analysts project that it is extremely unlikely that the Assembly will engage in openly hostile action with neighboring powers.

Operative Seira Status: Active Location: Kassae Sector Starfleet patrols in the Briar Patch engaged and destroyed several Son’a raiders attempting to map settlements on Baku. Son’a Command has officially disavowed and connection, but assets embedded within Command have evidence that the raiders were funded partially by the ruling body via Orion backchannels.

Operative Ket Status: Active Location: Xarantine Sector Several disgraced Klingon scientists have been discovered attempting to create a biogenic weapon targeted at tribbles in direct violation of several interstellar agreements.

Operative Artemis Status: Active Location: T’yavi Sector USS Tiberius has requested medical aid in dealing with complications with the colony evacuation. The new sensor satellite network has not registered any unknown contacts.

USS Langley Status: Active Location: Allodus Sector USS Langley has arrived in the Allodus Sector. Awaiting instructions. Following the latest round of games between the Allodi Republic and the Rhazzari Principality, the Rhazzari Principality has entered into a state of civil war. Reports by Starfleet personnel participating in the games indicates that revolutionary elements within the Rhazi government launched a failed assasination attempt as part of a coup. The Rhazi have expelled all foreign nationals and dignitaties from their border, limiting intelligence gathering. The information we can gather suggests that the two sides are evenly matched and civilian casualties are currently minimal.

Operative Janus Status: Standby Location: Ba'aja Sector

Operative Tycho Status: Active Location: Donatu Sector Following the death of Joris, his privateer group appears to have largely disbanded. The group’s asteroid outpost appears largely abandoned. We are monitoring the activities of Joris’ closest associates, but none have displayed any suspicious activity.

Operative Zhukov Status: Active Location: Archanis Sector Starfleet patrol vessels responded to reports of an explosion in the Darsel System. Evidence collected at the site is consistent with an uncontrolled protomatter detonation. Debris suggests at least two Hideki-class Cardassian starships and one Nagus-class Ferengi vessel were destroyed in the blast. DaiMon Grek is confirmed to be dead. It is unknown if any True Way members survived the transaction. There is insufficient evidence to determine whether the explosion was the result of a faulty device or an attempted double cross.

Operative Formos Status: Standby Location: Boreth Sector No unusual activity reported

Operative Reyes Status: Active Location: Tiqchirgh Sector Unconfirmed reports from the Tholian Assembly that a Tarantula-class dreadnought and its battlegroup engaged an unknown assailant and were destroyed in action. Current Starfleet threat projections indicate no organizations in the region with sufficient firepower to carry out such an action with the exception of Starfleet itself.

Operative Seira Status: Active Location: Kassae Sector Starfleet patrols have been doubled in the area surrounding the Briar Patch. This has somewhat hampered our efforts to gather intelligence about illegal Son’a operations in the area.

Operative Ket Status: Active Location: Xarantine Sector Following a clandestine test of an anti-tribble biogenic weapon, a rogue Klingon science facility has gone dark. The cause is unknown.

Operative Artemis Status: Active Location: T’yavi Sector Evacuation efforts are underway at the Siral Colony. Research teams have also begun investigation of recovered USS Lyric sensor logs. So far, no new developments.

USS Langley Status: Active Location: Allodus Sector A Starfleet operation targeted at tracking down temporally displaced objects has discovered a hidden base of operations in the Allodus Sector. Evidence gathered at the base suggests that current Starfleet, KDF, and Romulan Republic communications protocols have been compromised. All SI assets are recommended to rotate communications and transponder frequencies. The Rhazi civil war appears to have reached a standstill, with neither side able to gain a decisive advantage. Ceasefire talks have begun, but a resolution seems unlikely in the short term. Both Allodi and Starfleet have attempted to render aid, but have been turned away.

Operative Janus Status: Active Location: Ba'aja Sector Contact has been lost with the freighter S.S. Geitz. Contact has been lost with the cruiser U.S.S. Ganymede.

Operative Tycho Status: Active Location: Donatu Sector Several former members of Joris' privateer group have been observed participating in meetings across several colonies in the sector.

Operative Zhukov Status: Active Location: Archanis Sector Forensic analysis has confirmed the death of DaiMon Grek and the destruction of his personal vessel S.S. Reliquary. Analysis of the debris also confirms the destruction of one Galor-class cruiser and two Hideki-class frigates. All evidence suggests that the above vessels were lost with all hands after an uncontrolled protomatter detonation.

Operative Formos Status: Active Location: Boreth Sector Starfleet and KDF listening posts have noted several anomalous sensor readings.

Operative Reyes Status: Active Location: Tiqchirgh Sector The carrier I.K.S. Vo’quv and its attendant battlegroup have engaged and destroyed two Species 2646 vessels. KDF warships are currently involved in salvage operations and have quarantined the area.

Operative Seira Status: Active Location: Kassae Sector The information broker Feris Ishten has been spotted in this sector. The reason for his presence is unknown, as he rarely ventures off Nimbus III. No suspicous acitivty has been noted as of yet.

Operative Ket Status: Active Location: Xarantine Sector Several distress calls have been intercepted from a covert KDF weapons research lab. The message content has not been decrypted.

Operative Artemis Status: Active Location: T’yavi Sector Sensor networks have not detected any unusual activity. Optimization of gene therapy for the Siral colonists is underway. Evacuation efforts are on schedule. Several teams have been deployed from the U.S.S. Tiberius to salvage colony records. Update pending.
