As of Stardate 95530.7 and until further notice any ships operating under or on behalf of the Trans-Sector Trading Triskaidecarch (TSTT) are to be subjected to safety and security inspections when encountered by a 38th vessel in the 38th fleet area of operations and Federation Space. This order is coming to light due to an ongoing investigation being conducted the 38th Fleet and to be overseen locally by Captain Alistair Nimitz, U.S.S. Pegasus, 38th Fleet 'Argo'
TSTT ships may be considered dangerous. Any illegal goods found aboard are to be seized and collected as evidence in the ongoing investigation, ships found conducting smuggling or piracy operations that possess goods not found on the manifest are to be seized as evidence.
All Commerce conducted by the TSTT is to cease aboard Deep Space 13 until further notice.
