Captain, Admirals;

I have just received a response from our operative embedded with the Azedi. We have a small problem.
Attached are schematics to a subspace-disruption weapon, capable of disabling a single starships warp field for a period of several minutes, they are as well working on a larger weapon capable of disrupting subspace in a large area for a period of hours.

The former weapon is currently based in a large slow torpedo form, successful tests have been performed. There is no reason to not expect them to refine the delivery method of this weapon.
The operative has said they are working on the project and attempting to sabotage it were possible, but the efforts aren't perfect.

It would be of clear importance to find a way to nullify such a weapon. But I am not an engineer.
