MISSION: Delivering Medical supplies
OUTCOME: A Successful Delivery of Medical supplies and retrieval of water, air, soil samples

NARRATIVE: This officer and her Subordinate were tasked with the delivery of medical supplies from the U.S.S. Endeavour, the trip was uneventful a standard shuttle journey at Warp Five. Once in orbit I asked Lieutenant Valencia to hail the colony at this point we realized given how the Governess was acting something was not right. When we beamed down we noticed a funeral procession going past us we followed and we discovered mass grave sights of the colonists. After having seen what has occurred we made our way to the Governess's officer This officer believes she as infected with whatever was on the planet, We spoke about what it could be and she agreed to let us take samples back to the Endeavour, shortly after collecting samples we made our way to the shuttle where we successfully returned to the Endeavour and have begun an analysis of the samples.
RECOMMENDATION: This officer recommends that Starfleet dispatch a Medical ans Scientific ship to study and assist the people of this colony as best they can they need as much help as are able, we will send what data we have collected to command once finished.
