Lieutenant Commander,

I have just been told by a Lieutenant Everson from the maintenance section of engineering that a work order for my quarters was falsified to fix a section of the flooring panel inside my quarters. It originated from outside the starbase's internal network and I believe that something has occurred inside my quarters while I was out. If it is alright I would like to report this crime to you in the hopes that you are able to look into it.
