Warrent Officer Nethali Aster has been arrested and charged of the following crimes by Captain Areyis Darnis King
- Insubordination
- Assaulting an officer of Superior rank
- Disorderly conduct unbecoming a Starfleet Officer
Location of crimes were perpetrated at Outpost Argo.
The Following is Captain Areyis's account of the events that occured:

Before i was assaulted by Warrent Officer Nethali, I had been reading
routine diagnostics from my ship the Mabel at a table on the Outpost.
I had noticed that Captain Blackwood had been drinking a large amount
of alchohol.
Warrent Officer Aster approached my table and for an unknown reason
placed a food known as "pancakes" on my table and demanded that I eat
them before she walked away.
I decided to take a small sample before concluding that I was not currently
hungry. I then approached Captain Blackwood and attempted to speak
with him, although being constantly interrupted by the Warrent Officer
who continously demanded that we eat her "!@#$ing pancakes".
Captain Blackwood became irritated, I suspect due to the loss of
officers during the counterattack of Strike Force Kargas.
I then ordered the Warrent Officer that she was dismissed, so
that i could better confront Captain Blackwood. (Let it also be noted
that i recommend Captain Blackwood for counseling, as he seems
emotionally impaired....such behavior could affect the morale of
a ships crew)
Note: Recommendation for Blackwood having psychological analysis
can be shown to be mandatory in Starfleet Regulations.
It was shortly after this that Warrent Officer Nethali struck me
in the mid-section of my body. Captain Blackwood promptly
left the bar without assisting and I prepared to manually subdue the
Officer.
Fortunately she agreed to be escorted to the brig, thereby
allowing me to take less aggressive actions against her.
Although despite her agreement to come without physical
violence, she continuously spoke verbal insults, claiming
that I was not her Superior Officer, but only her Higher Officer. Thereby insulting not only myself
but the reliability of those promoted in Starfleet itself.
After escorting her to Outpost Argo's brig I promptly left and returned to my
duties.
Warrent Officer Aster has been subdued within the Brig, and shall remain there until further notice from an officer
of authorized rank.

Warrant Officer Nethali Aster's internment ended the next morning, when she was personally escorted out by the Commodore and put on security detail.
