Fleet Morale Survey, as of stardate 90768

A copy of the following report has been sent to Commander Weatherfield and Commodore Ashworth.

SUMMARY OF FLEET MORALE SURVEY

Despite his languid attitude, Commodore R'zo-vek was fairly well liked by Argo at large and was considered easily approachable by the majority of senior officers (73%). However, only 47% of officers agreed with R'zo-vek's management of fleet operations.

R'zo-vek's defection has been perceived in an exceptionally mixed, but not entirely negative light. 62% of the surveyed officers agree that they feel unhappy by R'zo-vek's apparently flagrant treatment of Starfleet core values, while another 26% state that they find this result to be 'unsurprising' of the former Commodore.

An even smaller percentage (3%) of officers continue to believe that R'zo-vek has not actually defected and continues to serve Starfleet through some more obfuscated means.

Commodore Ashworth's presence in the fleet has been met with perfect neutrality by about 80% of the fleet. Ashworth's more strict approach to execution of fleet policies has been generally favorably received at 57%, while another 38% prefer to withhold their judgement until the first major fleet crisis.

About one fourth (23%) of Argo officers described their morale as low or very low. Less than 4% of Argo officers described their morale as high or very high.

9% of officers have considered transferring out of the fleet due to recent events.
