On stardate ((07.13.13)), a formal complaint was registered regarding the subject's conduct in a professional environment. The request was routed directly to counseling. During interview, subject confirmed that he has been suffering severe headaches for at least two months, which his personal physician has not been able to discover pain relief for, other than daily meditation. Subject also registered that symptoms first began shortly after the subject's attendance on the first Waydi diplomatic meeting.
At this time, subject has declined seeking further assistance with his health symptoms. As subject appears to be aware of his temperamental shortcomings, authority has cautiously concluded to approve conditional allowance of subject's returning to duty, as long as he continues in a generally isolated environment.
This allowance may be immediately rescinded in the event of any further altercations without additional review.
