Stardate 89543.2 the USS McDonald Fraser returned late from a routine patrol of the Archanis sector of the Eta Eradani sector block. They had taken heavy damage, several crew members have been reported to have been injured and some dead.
Captain Lyspha has been reported to be missing in action after being captured by an unknown Orion pirate ship, and has received great praise from her crew for sacrificing her own well being to give them time to escape.
Captain Lyspha's current status is unknown, last seen alive. Attempts have been made to track her captors. But no leads have been properly established at this time.
