Captain Dewey: With Continued strength and perseverance under extreme circumstances of psychological and physical hardships, and unwavering loyalty and dedication to Starfleet, and for continuous success in upholding the purpose of the United Federation of Planets. May we gain more officers to follow his great example. For dedication to duty and the principles that make Starfleet the beacon of hope that it is to so many, The Starfleet Star Cross is being presented on this day to Captain Dewey.
Captain Sh'Riss Hrr'Ussa: Captain Hrr'Ussa has been present on the Borg front for a relentless number of months, completing various tours around the sector, the Captain is an extremely modest man, and following the slight security scare on board his vessel, he has handles the situation with the up most professionalism and under the circumstance, personal restraint. In particular, the Captain fought a large Borg fleet, defending the nearest starbase and managing to stop the fleet dead in their tracks, allowing Starfleet to push further defenses that area. For dedication to duty and the principles that make Starfleet the beacon of hope that it is to so many, The Starfleet Star Cross is being presented on this day to Captain Hrr'Ussa.
Starfleet Decoration for Gallantry
Lieutenant Commander Collingwood: Lieutenant Commander Collingwood has been the very first in line to volunteer for these operations, often offering to beam with any away party required. During which, she has served upon the U.S.S. Kingdom with great valor and bravery as it's Chief Engineer, and for a short period: Acting Captain. This was carried over/from the U.S.S. Somerset where various tasks of a similar stature were carried out, and her Captain always highly praising of her.
Following the destruction of her latest assignment, Susan put her Engineers first, staying behind to shut down engineering and forwarding as much time to the others as she could. For their demonstration of extreme valor, the Starfleet Decoration of Gallantry is bestowed upon Lieutenant Commander Collingwood
Captain C. Morton: Few officers in the history of Starfleet have known the task of commanding both a starship, and leading an entire starbase. For the past few months, Captain Morton has known that challenge and has demonstrated his leadership skills at both. Few ships strike fear into the minds of our enemy like the USS October. And few Starbases are led with such control and guidance as the one we stand on today. All of this is because of Captain Coby Morton. For their demonstration of extreme valor, the Starfleet Decoration of Gallantry is bestowed upon Captain Morton.
Lieutenant Sedai: For her continued and diligent service to Task Force Argo. Her constant dedication and superior skill has resulted in timely and necessary mental health assessments as well as an above average rate of mental health for the Task Force. As well, her actions aboard the USS Maestro demonstrated valor and courage above and beyond the call of duty. For their demonstration of extreme valor, the Starfleet Decoration of Gallantry is bestowed upon Lieutenant Sedai.
Cochrane Medal of Excellence
Lieutenant Hob: Lieutenant Margaret Hob has shown great dedication to the Task Force leading countless scientific endeavors. Her service on the Task force science vessel, USS Semmelweis has led to the vessels exceptional reputation across the quadrant as the premier place for high quality research. With the Semmelweis finally heading for decommissioning, its honor will be carried forward by the dedicated science officer such as Lieutenant Hob. For demonstrating the actions comparable to Zefram Cochrane in leadership and dedication, this medal of excellence is presented to Lieutenant Hob.
Captain Traise: Captain Jonathan Traise has set himself apart as the exceptional Commander and leader within the Task Force. Captain Traise has led countless battles and engagement , expertly demonstrating both sound leadership and tactical capabilities. When the need for new leadership in the science division fell on the fleet, Captain Traise stepped forward and has demonstrated his abilities to scientist as well. For demonstrating the actions comparable to Zefram Cochrane in leadership and dedication, this medal of excellence is presented to Captain Traise.
Ensign I'shari S'rrel: Morale officer Ensign I'shari has been an exceptional inspiration to all of the officers in the psychiatric department. She's been responsible for initiating a myriad of efforts to aid in turning the Task Force's morale towards positive and has facilitated the execution of many team-building exercises amongst the newly transferred. For demonstrating the actions comparable to Zephram Cochrane in leadership and dedication, this medal of excellence is presented to Ensign I'shari S'rrel.

Since taking command his actions have done nothing but demonstrate these values in the highest honors of Starfleet. For dedicated service to the men and women of Task Force Argo the Prentares Ribbon of Commendation is hereby given to Commodore Ashworth.
