SUBJECTIVE FINDINGS

Patient states they are in relative good health. Arrived with minor muscle fatigue associated with exercise, which has been treated with a relaxant and recommendation for a good naturally healing food.

OBJECTIVE FINDINGS

Scans detected an older deep bruise or sprain that is the result of a fall down a ladderwell and improperly treated by patient. Injury has been corrected.
