CONCLUSION

Patient in relatively good health. Fit for duty, but may experience severe complications if left untreated. A bad trigger finger could prove problematic.

SUBJECTIVE FINDINGS

Patient only has minor complaints, but is unlikely to be effected in field work.

OBJECTIVE FINDINGS

Acute signs of arthritis in the knee. “Trigger Finger” condition on the trigger finger. Minor bump on the elbow.

PLAN OF CARE

Patient would benefit from regular therapy. Bi-weekly, perhaps? Will forward useful methods. Not severe enough to require joint stims. Yet.
