DISCUSSION
Subject started interview with a mild degree of anxiety, but her countenance was otherwise mostly cheerful and her attitude prepared. Subject consistently demonstrated a thoughtful nature, clearly taking time to think over most of her responses. She was not reticent with her replies in any sense, but neither did she ever begin to share more than was necessary to answer the question posed. Authority also observes that the subject possesses a streak of curiosity for novelty and discovery, which led to her acceptance of her current posting on station. Subject abhors politics and likely favors more straightforward approaches.
Subject trends moderately optimistic, but with a fairly neutral view of the world and the motivations of others. Locus of control is slightly more internal than external. BFI-2 scores: High openness to experience and agreeableness. Moderate conscientiousness, negative emotionality, and extraversion.
