PURPOSE AND CONTEXT OF EVALUATION
Basic Profile Assessment
CONCLUSION
Authority finds subject to be of sound mental health and fit for active duty.
DISCUSSION
Subject appears to be in a midway point between acclimation from her point of origin and having fully acclimated to Starfleet. Subject cites considerable differences between her own species and her life in Starfleet, and her answers to several behavioral questions alter depending on which setting she finds herself in.
These different experiences (and reactions to them) are coupled with years of experience having already been in Starfleet. Subject comes from a society in which people are taken at face value and are extremely open due to shared thoughts. Subject does not seem to view relationships in Starfleet to be of the same openness. Subject would benefit from being placed in situations in which inter-personnel relationships are important for success. Trust exercises and trust building would likely provide the most substantive results.
Ultimately, it would appear that the subject is well acclimated and suited to serving in her current role. She has an optimism that’s suitable for a Starfleet officer and a willingness to have new experiences.
