SUBJECT: Temporary change of command.
S.S. Victory will be remaining in the vicinity of Deep Space 13 and pro forming regular duties under the authorization of Ro'Zavia Ithanitha Krull-nax'mahgania and Dawsons M McCarthy. Captain McCarthy will be unavailable due to engagements of a personal matter, this unexpected loss of communication is logged to be of two weeks starting at the stardate of 90824.2. All Logistical operations will be handled by Gingri Vahlan and all personnel matters will be handled by Gor'vek and Dr. Vsara. This division of command duties will be lasting for two weeks or until return of Captain McCarthy. Please be considerate of these changes, but be aware all duties concerning the ship will be handled in all normal processes by the people mentioned in the communique.
