Captain Caspius,
Congratulations on your promotion and appointment. Deep Space 13 is in capable hands going forward. I've read several reports on the repair work currently underway on site, however I'll need a more comprehensive report. I am particularly interested in the stations periphery facilities. As I prefer to meet you face to face to discuss items spanning several topics I'll be arriving with the security department. I wish to observe those proceedings, after which we can talk.
