Here is what I have for you. On or near stardate 98115, the vessel in question was dispatched to Qo’noS with some important persons aboard, identity and purpose unclear. The vessel broadcast a coded distress call back to D’ewos in the vicinity of the T’Ong nebula at the attached coordinates.

Please be advised: in addition to the dangers posed by the Klingon conflict, there are reports of significant pirate activity within and surrounding the T’Ong nebula. If you are compelled to visit, be prepared.
