I have reviewed the reports concerning the successful extraction of Captain Sh’ow and commend the team on the overall outcome of the mission. However, I note with some concern that certain irregularities have been observed in relation to Commander Kala’s conduct. I would appreciate it if you could initiate a discreet but thorough inquiry into the matter.
Given the complexity of the assignment, it is entirely plausible that any deviation was the result of a minor oversight rather than wilful negligence. Should this prove to be the case, I would consider it sufficient to issue a measured reminder to all relevant personnel, underscoring the critical importance of accurate and timely self-reporting for the integrity and safety of all involved.
Concerning the apparent breach of medical advice, I would ask that you confer directly with the attending medical officer to ascertain the precise nature of the guidance given. As before, I am inclined to believe this was more likely a lapse in communication than a deliberate contravention.
