The U.S.S. Bucephalus is an Avenger class Battle Cruiser Built specifically for patrol in hostile space. It was Commisioned by Starfleet after the Akira class was decommissioned due to extreme failures in the implementations of the Assimilated parts Scavenged from the Borg, Registry NCC-93365-A. The Bucephalus was recomissioned as an Avenger class and assigned to Task Force Argo. The Bucephalus takes its name from the horse and Loyal companion of Alexander the Great. A Macedonian King and hero of near myth.
It has a crew compliment of five hundred. It boasts two Mk XII Advanced Dual heavy Disrupter Cannons, one Mk XII Advanced dual heavy antiproton cannon, one Mk XI dual heavy nanite disrupter cannon and one Mk XI Tricobalt torpedo Launcher for his fore Weapons.
Two Mk X Polaron Beam arrays as well as one Omni-directional Antiproton beam array for its Aft weapons.
For Just about a year, The U.S.S. Bucephalus and her crew have been missing...
