I’ve just departed Reyga for Sol. In lieu of the usual Risa trip, I’ve decided to take some of my leave time and visit home. It’s been … a long time since I’ve been back. It’s a long way to go in a shuttle, but it’s not all bad – gives me plenty of time to mentally prepare myself.
…in any case. The extra travel time means Reyga will be handling some routine patrol time without me, both before and after Risa. This is my first real time away from the ship since taking command and I thought I’d be more nervous about that. But honestly, I’m not worried. I have every confidence in the crew’s ability to handle whatever the universe can throw at them.
