I can do both, but Beta+2 is only an hour away from my dinnertime so Beta+1 is better. I know Beta+1 is definitely more favourable for Crystyll who won't be able to make Beta+2.

I think a way around the problem could be that if Timo draws up an agenda and everyone submits their own report to Timo, then he can read out any points for those people who can't be there, and then post the logs in the forum.
It gets the job done but the cost is that it kinda skips out on the RP for those people who can't join which is sad

Exactly Sam, which is why I offered to host a staggered meeting. Given the number of ships in the squad it's not unreasonable to assume IC problems with getting all in one place either so kind of makes sense. I could table anything directly from Timo to the present captains and either feed that back to him oocly before the main meeting, or if someone is attending both, they can carry the reports through too!
