We could have a soft time in as it were. So we aim to hit nitty gritty info at the appointed start time. But people can do idle chat etc before hand. So people can choose to arrive at the time for the info if that's all they can do

Yeah, I have lunch around then but I'll do my best to be there for most if not all of the meeting if we use this time slot!
If I do have to step AFK it won't be too long!

To clarify Phoebe; the present start time proposal from Timo's last post would be beta -3. This should provide ample time to allow squad members to attend both events

Yes Kat. I referred back from beta as I think it's a more commonly aware start time what with it featuring regularly on the calendar is all.

Yes Alpha +1 is the current thinking. We are waiting on 3 or so people replying to the Doodle, I did PM the people we hadn't heard from so they know about it.
