Unusual dimensional weaknesses have been detected in and around the Badlands. The USS Malinche is leading a task force to investigate. Starfleet Command believes that these readings may indicate that a large-scale incursion from the Mirror Universe is imminent. As a result, the 38th Fleet has been asked to deploy a task force to support and reinforce the local Starfleet assets.

When: Saturday, September 23rd @ beta shift & gamma shift
Where: Short briefing on a ship bridge, then the Badlands Battlezone
What: PvE ship combat. We'll start with some RP/a briefing on a ship bridge at both Beta and Gamma, and then head into the actual PvE battlezone at the next reset, so that we can run the entire 'story' of the battlezone once during each shift time. We'll complete the objectives both ICly and OOCly, using /fleet to coordinate.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE LEVEL 60 TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT. If you need to use a different character to represent your ship, that's acceptable. If you do not have a character stationed on a ship, you'll be welcome to come along and participate as an NPC ship.
This event will mark the end of the "Future Proof' arc of STO episodes in fleet canon.
After Sunrise & Stormbound this mirror incursion is the only event that our characters will be aware of from the "Future Proof" arc.
