As people may or may not be aware of, our friends at 26th have a channel for IC asks to be invited to their starbase (SB381).
They've recently announced that they'll be opening this channel to the STO RP community at large, which means Praetorian may become a hotbed for casual/social RP in the future and well worth looking into if you're looking for a casual RP fix Like Right Now.
