You are cordially invited to join us at the 88th Annual Intergalactic Conference of Starfleet Medical and the Federation Medical Association. This prestigious event is one of the quadrant's largest annual gatherings and will this year be held on Bajor, in Hathon.
The general theme of this year's conference is "Seeking A More Harmonious Whole: Medical and Psychological Health in a Galaxy of Conflict" and will be covering diverse topics from medical technology research and development, clinical applications, to medical and psychological education. The conference program will consist of high-profile plenary/keynote lectures, symposia, workshops, invited sessions, oral and poster sessions, and exhibitions.
Starfleet and Federation physicians who have never attended an annual conference previously should not miss this opportunity to be present, to better acquaint themselves with the bigness and broadness of the scientific and organizational endeavors of the greater medical community. Come meet and exchange ideas and associations with the peers of your field.

This is an RP event I've organized for the RP community at large, not specifically for Argo, but I've only just decided on a date/time so I just wanted to post it somewhere.
This is AIMED AT MEDICAL/PSYCH PERSONNEL (for obvious reasons). That said, since it's in a public RP location, if you wanted to show up on a non-medical type person, I can't stop you, but please respect the 'conference' backdrop if you choose to attend.
As for the agenda, I really don't have anything particular in mind, just a casual gathering of medical people to meet and greet and exchange ideas or what's-happenings in any given corner of the RP community. Come casually meet up with other doctors, surgeons, or counselors in the Bajor courtyard or cantina, while your character is waiting for the start time of the next panel they're attending. Or perhaps your character is presenting a paper or topic and others are interested in hearing about it? Whatever you want to do, it's totally open and I have no personal GMing aspirations for this.
