ABSTRACT

Noteworthy intelligence reports, last four months.

PACKET SYNOPSIS

94190.2 TZENKETHI IN DISARRAY. In conjunction with Captain Neth Parr's defection, receiving a lot of reports of unease and unrest within Tzenkethi ranks. Coup is possible, due to Autarch's failed crusade. Arrival of hur'q may have helped to stem the tide for now.

94288.8 BORG SURVEILLANCE DEPRIORITIZED. Intermittent Borg activity continues, but resources have largely been rerouted to watch for hur'q activity. One task group remains focused on tracking a Unimatrix vessel and keeping it at bay.

94327.2 BREEN STANCE. Breen have made no overtures of contact with the Dominion since the latter's reappearance in alpha. No lingering alliance between the two factions seems to exist.

94360 NA'KUHL REFUSE TO ABANDON SYSTEM. The Na'kuhl doggedly continue their pattern of isolationism and general refusal of all assistance. Observations show that they have been able to successfully repel hur'q attacks mostly on their own, so this has freed assets to defend other planets instead.

94392.9 ROGUE ICONIAN FLEET IN TELOS (GAMMA). No change in resources allocated to watch T'Ket's fleet, which is currently in the Telos Sector, avoiding both Dominion and hur'q. Continues to appear unfriendly to all.

94414.8 FEK'IHRI FLEET SIGHTED. Low priority. Tracking in gamma quadrant, heading towards Telos. At current trajectory, will possibly run into T'Ket. Monitoring, but no action planned.

94486.1 RENEWED HUR'Q ASSAULT. To date, the largest known assault from hur'q since their re-emergence, to the Federation's knowledge. Reports of attacks from all four quadrants, though heaviest in gamma, with alpha following. They follow no pattern or reason and they don't retreat, only persisting to their deaths. No sense of self-preservation or strategic use of units.

94527.2 HUR'Q INCURSION ON THOLIAN TERRITORY FAILS. Starfleet sensors managed to observe a one-sided conflict when hur'q approached Tholian territory; Tholian web technology appears especially effective against the hur'q swarm-like behavior. Tholians continue to ignore all attempts to negotiate for technology sharing, however.

94530.1 SUSPECTED HUR'Q HOMEWORLD COORDINATES. Gamma quadrant task force discovered means of locating probable hur'q homeworld. Investigation to follow.
