NARRATIVE An obstacle course/race track was designed in the asteroid fields of the Zibal system, designed to help test and train federation shuttle pilots in high speed, close quarter maneuvering. Computer models designated the optimal time to complete the course (course par) at Two Minutes, Eleven Seconds. This course required pilots to regulate speed, and maneuverability through space debris, with several sharp turns/curves meant to simulate evasive patterns. Several pilots and station personnel came to test their skills, some taking the “time trial” a little more to heart than others.
RECOMMENDATION Though this was geared more for specifically trained pilots, several officers used this opportunity to test their flying skills that they do not frequently get to utilize. (at least not in this capacity). I found that the more ‘relaxed’ approach to training (opposed to standard field regulated training or mandatory ship drills) brings out a better sense of participation in crew and officers, especially when the designated skills are vetted as more of a competition.
RECOGNITION
For outstanding performance above and beyond; I would like to present a replica of old 21st Century Earth Military Air Force Service Medal, the Flying Cross to our three top recorded pilots.

OOC Thank you once again to all who came and participated. I hope that the mix of IG-Gameplay and Discord RP was well received. Given my own time restraints, and inability to participate in a lot of structured RP, I had designed this to be more casual -at your pace- style event so that no one would feel like they missed out! Hopefully I can come up with another one like this in the future!
