MISSION Explore the Kelt Region

OUTCOME Corridor through an anomaly surrounding the Kelt Region discovered.

NARRATIVE Upon arrival at the Kelt Region, we were met with a large anomaly, which could described as an area of pulsing and radiating light. The ship was hit with waves of energy coming from the anomaly, with some of the ship’s systems beginning to malfunction. After we had backed up a reasonable distance we took the time to scan the anomaly, discovering that there were gaps in between the waves in the anomaly which we could pilot through.

After these areas were charted, the Endeavour was piloted through the anomaly successfully. On our journey out, we placed probes in the area to highlight a safe passage for other ships.

RECOMMENDATION Our exploration was cut short due to hostilities with the Romulan Star Empire. At a time more convenient, exploration should resume.

RECOGNITION Lieutenants Mitsuki and Sovum worked well to scan the anomaly and pilot the vessel through the anomaly. Their work is to be noted.
