IRW Delevhas recovered after stuffering a sigularity core ejection at high warp speeds.

NARRATIVE
While on Patrol the Pegasus detected a Romulan warbird dropping out of high warp speeds. Upon Investigating we discovered a Pre-Dominion War era D’deridex floating dead in water. Leading a boarding party we discovered a crew onboard that claimed to be from an independent and isolated Romulan colony in the Faelh system of the Lirss sector that are in need of relief efforts. The Pegasus began towing the disabled Delevhas back to Deep Space 13.
RECOMMENDATION
As it stands, I recommend that we look into the situation in the Faelh system, they are clearly in dire straits if they were risking a fifty year old warbird trying to reach the Sol system.
