NARRATIVE This officer had joined the other two officers on the Krekt Asteroid station to mediate diplomatic talks. Whilst both ambassadors were willing to compromise, their aides did not seem to hold similar views. Talks then paused for a lunch recess, during which one of the Nuzoth aides, seemingly acting on his own, denoted an explosive vest.
This officer began triage whilst CAPT Hanson secured the perimeter and CAPT Nimitz evacuated the civilians.
RECOMMENDATION This officer recommends that the situation be monitored closely. Diplomatic talks should continue, though it is clear there are insurgents, on both sides, who wish these talks to be derailed.
RECOGNITION Though CAPT Nimitz initially refused treatment out of sheer stupidity, his work after was commendable. CAPT Hanson worked well as a mediator and was able to take charge of the situation after the explosion.
All three Captains worked professionally and expertly during the situation which saved many lives.
