As the presiding officer over the court martial of Kell Tanis, I have listened to all the testimony and evidence presented by both the defendant and the prosecution, representing the Federation. After consideration, I find the defendant guilty of the charges against him.
Upon considering the charges and mitigating circumstances, I have imposed the following judicial punishments.
- Demotion to the rank of Commander
- Removal from the command slate
- Reassignment to an executive officer position
- A bar from command position for 6 months
The defendant is released to the command of the 38th Fleet.
