MISSION Update and expand on planetary science data for V774 III

OUTCOME Standard orbit scans completed to update topography map and orbital metrics. Standard survey probe was modified to handle V774 III’s storm-ridden, acidic atmosphere. Probe successfully made planetfall.

NARRATIVE ENS Aenki provided briefing for today’s mission. CAPT Kermit then tasked science with putting together prioritized data collection task list, engineering with enhancing the probe’s survivability, and security/ops with plotting the probe’s trajectory.

Deployed probe successfully made planetfall, with only a very brief interruption in feed data at the moment of landing.

RECOGNITION All personnel performed satisfactorily.
